Our Terry Fox Run is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28 during the last two periods of the day.
On Wednesday, students are encouraged to bring a Tooney for Terry to receive a temporary tattoo and for a chance to wear their hat for the day.
Also, some grade 8 boys and girls have volunteered to shave their heads to support the Terry Fox Foundation for cancer research. Students can either bring in an additional donation to support the cause to SHAVE or SAVE the hair of the grade 8 group of boys and girls. In order for the heads to get shaved, there must be more than $400 in the SHAVE jar compared to the SAVE jar.
Parents and/or family members are welcome to join us for the Terry Fox Run/Walk. Parents/family members who can join us are encouraged to be in front of the school by 2:15 pm.
