Hello MMS Families – this is a reminder that MMS will be hosting our annual school Track and Field meet tomorrow, Wednesday May 25. All MMS students will be participating in a variety of running, jumping, and throwing events throughout the day, and will be outside on the field all day tomorrow, including during the lunch break. Please remind your child to come prepared for sunny, warm weather and bring the following items with them:
- Sunscreen
- A hat
- A water bottle
- Layers of clothing
As well, the canteen will be open throughout most of the school day on Wednesday, and will have an expanded menu for the track meet. The menu and price list are attached to this email.
Parents, you are welcome to join us on the field tomorrow to watch your child compete – feel free to bring blankets, lawn chairs and umbrellas if you choose. Parents, please be reminded that you will still need to sign your child out at the office if you choose to take them home during the school day – thanks for your help with this.
