On Friday, March 17, 2017 MMS students will be receiving their term 2 report cards. Report cards are a snapshot in time of progress to date. Please read comments carefully. Comments should include responses to the following questions: What is your child doing well? What needs improving? What steps are needed to get there? (IE. Strength, challenge, next step).
Report cards are extremely valuable but don’t tell the entire story of a child’s progress at school. There are many things that we can quantify and place a number (mark) on but at the same time there are many things that it is impossible to place a mark on.Regular conversations with your child’s teacher is the best way to determine strengths and how to work together for further growth.
