MMS PAC School Clothing Fundraiser

The MMS PAC is doing a School Clothing Fundraiser to help create an Outdoor Classroom.

MMS students, parents, families can purchase a variety of school clothing by completing this order form. Orders are due back to the office by Friday, October 27, 2017. Samples will be available to try on in the office by the end of this week.

Payments can be made with cash or cheque (cheques to be made out to MMS PAC or Mitchell Middle School Parent Advisory Council).

Clothing should be ready for pick up by mid-November.

Paper copies of the order form will be going home today and tomorrow with all MMS students.
