Today we celebrated all the great things happening during Day Wonder. We just finished Round 2!
Day Wonder happens during Day One for the first two periods. Each Day Wonder round last for four cycles. After each round we take a two week break to get ready for the next round. The goal of Day Wonder is to get our kids academically, socially, emotionally and intellectually engaged at school.
Students choose from a variety of activities. Some of which may have experience and in some cases it is something brand new to them. While participating our kids learn and practice the core competencies we want all of our kids to be skilled in. We want our kids to be: Learners, Critical Thinkers, Communicators, Collaborators, Literate, Creative, show strong Character, and be good Citizens of the world.

Round three of Day Wonder starts on January 12, 2017. Students will choose their activity on January 9, 2017. Activities for Round 3 are:

- 5/6 Gymnastics
- 7/8 Gymnastics
- Design and Build Grade 5 and 6
