PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
Parent Teacher Conferences are being held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 4:30-6:30 pm. These conferences have been scheduled for middle of Term 2 so that our conversations can help ensure that your child will show continued growth for the rest of this term. This will then result in positive results on the Term 2 Report Card being sent home on Friday, March 23, 2018.
If you would like to meet with your child’s teacher(s) to discuss your child’s progress to date, please sign up in one of the three following ways.
Option 1 Go to the Parent Teacher Appointment Scheduler within the Parent Portal by visiting hsd.ca/parent-portal and select meeting times that work for you. If you are not yet signed up for the Parent Portal please contact the school office to get set up. The Parent Teacher Appointment Scheduler will be open until Tuesday, February 20, 2018, 9:00 am.
Option 2 Check off your preferred time slots that are shown below. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request(s). Please be sure to check off as many appointments as teachers that have requested to see you. Please return this form by Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
Option 3 Call the school office at 204-320-9488 to book your appointment(s). Please call the office by Tuesday, February 20, 2018 to book your appointment.
