The main difference is power. When two students are in conflict they have the same amount of power. This is conflict. Conflict happens everyday, everywhere. Bullying happens when one person holds most or all of the power in a relationship.

Both are things that MMS staff do our best to respond to everyday. The best way to resolve either situations is to be in regular contact with the homeroom teacher or office.
