Parent Teacher Conferences are being held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 4:30-6:30 pm. These conferences have been scheduled for middle of Term 2 so that our conversations can help ensure that your child will show continued growth for the rest of this term. This will then result in positive results on the Term 2 Report Card being sent home on Friday, March 27, 2020.
Letters will be sent home next week inviting parents/guardians to schedule an appointment with their child’s teachers.
To sign up for an appointment:
Option 1 Go to the Parent Teacher Appointment Scheduler within the Parent Portal by visiting hsd.ca/parent-portal and select meeting times that work for you. If you are not yet signed up for the Parent Portal please contact the school office to get set up. The Parent Teacher Appointment Scheduler will be open beginning Thursday, February 6, 2020, 9:00 am.
Option 2 Check off your preferred time slots that will be shown on the letter home and return the letter by Monday February 3, 2020. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request(s). Please be sure to check off as many appointments as teachers that have requested to see you.
Option 3 Call the school office at 204-320-9488 to book your appointment(s). Please call the office by Tuesday, February 11, 2020 to book your appointment.
