Good afternoon families of Grade 5 and 7 students at Mitchell Middle School.
As you should be aware, Grade 5 and 7 students will soon participate in classes learning about potentially sensitive content in the Healthy Lifestyle Practices curriculum.
This is a reminder that Mr. Neufeld (principal) will host 2 open house sessions tomorrow (Thursday, April 25) where parents are invited to come to the school and review the teaching materials that will be used during these classes. Mr. Neufeld will also answer any questions you may have at this time as well. The times for the open house sessions are:
- 9:30 – 11:00 am
- 5:30 – 7:00 pm
The sessions are intended as drop in events with no formal agenda, and will be located in Room 80. Signage will be posted to help you find your way.
Please note that all visitors during the morning session must sign in at the school office.
