With the warmer weather arriving, we’re excited to see students spending more time outdoors during recess and breaks. This time of year often brings melting snow, puddles, and muddy conditions around the school yard. To help students stay comfortable and ready to learn, we ask that all MMS families ensure children are dressed appropriately for outdoor play. Boots are strongly recommended each day, as many areas are still wet and slippery. We also encourage students to pack an extra pair of socks in their backpacks in case their feet get damp. Staying dry helps students remain focused and comfortable throughout the day.

Your support in sending students prepared for these changing conditions makes a big difference in their safety and enjoyment outside. Thank you for helping us keep everyone warm, dry, and ready to learn as we move toward spring.
